Ending Premature Ejaculation Through Exercise

-         Next, you need to begin performing the kegel exercises which toughen the muscle that controls the ejaculation process. Start by pretending that you are stopping your flow of urine for about 10 seconds. Its best to practice these exercises 3 times per day at 3 sets each time.

-         Then the next step to stopping premature ejaculation is to add to those kegel exercises as you build up your pelvic muscle. Once you have mastered the three sets three times a day for 10 seconds kegel exercise routines, you can now ad another 5 seconds to it, increasing it to now 15 seconds. Like anything else, by increasing the amount of time you spend on it will strengthen the muscle and help your ejaculation control techniques.

Quick Tips for Dealing with Premature Ejaculation

- Here’s a simple method- Take a deep breath as you get closer to reaching your climax. This ought to momentarily shut down the ejaculatory reaction

- Have sex more often- (….that sounds simple… right?)- you are more likely to ejaculate prematurely, evidently, if your sex sessions are few and far in between

- Try to make shorter thrust when inserting your penis inside your partner’s vagina or do it in circular motion. This can help in delaying pre-ejaculation.
